We would like to inform you here about our Terms and Conditions, General Customer Service Information, Policies and Disclaimers (hereafter referred to as ‘Terms’).
We feel it is extremely important to be fully transparent and clear to you, to protect both ourselves and you, our valued customer. Therefore, we endeavour to outline our Terms to you here as clearly and comprehensively as possible. However, should you still have any queries, concerns or complaints, please contact us here so we may answer and resolve them as quickly and satisfactorily as possible.
General Terms
This website is owned and operated by Jeanien van de Geer, trading as Arayah’s Compass. Wherever referred to as ‘Arayah’, ‘Arayah’s Compass’, ‘we’ or ‘I’, Jeanien van de Geer as a New Zealand Sole Trader is implied.
All information provided to you here, including all photo’s, articles, website lay-out, descriptions & displays as well as any customer/visitor contributions in the form of Testimonials, Product Reviews, Feedback and Blog entries/discussions is the (intellectual) property of Jeanien van de Geer. You may not use or duplicate any of this information without her written consent.
By visiting this website, engaging in its content and/or purchasing a product or service from us via this electronic medium, you fully agree to keep to all the Terms described here on this page. The Terms apply to all users of this site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/or contributors of content. Arayah’s Compass reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting them here. It is your responsibility to carefully read these and periodically revisit them to check for any changes.
All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollar currency and include GST. Arayah’s Compass reserves the right to alter prices at any time for any reason and without notice.
Return Policy
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service & integrity and endeavour to bring you the best quality goods & services. We do not accept returned goods simply because you have changed your mind, however if product arrives that is not in the state of quality and satisfaction we promised and you would reasonably expect and assume (faulty or damaged goods), we will either replace this product or give you the option to exchange it for another one of the same value. In some cases, a full refund might be given but this depends on circumstances and is to the sole discretion of Arayah’s Compass.
In the case of such faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 24 hours of having received your ordered products, to make arrangements about where to return them, return shipping cost refunds and your replacement preferences.
Because of the intangible nature of energy work, we do not refund any purchases of Services by Arayah’s Compass advertised and purchased on and via this website or via other means. We are in full integrity with the quality of what we offer here and ask you as the client/consumer of such services to be fully in yours when voluntarily engaging in these. However, we are very happy to openly discuss with you what you can expect from each Service/Session before you purchase.
Also, we are open to discuss Layby payment options to accommodate people who are committed to their Spiritual calling yet find themselves struggling to have this kind of money in one go. This needs to be discussed beforehand and is at the sole discretion of Arayah’s Compass.
Shipping
Because of the home-made nature of our Health & Beauty Products, for products ordered in back-order, please allow for possibly up to four extra working days before shipping since ingredients may need to be sourced or product may need to be freshly made.
We will notify you when your order is on its way to you, with details like the day/time it was sent off to you, the postal tracking number and Estimated Time of Arrival.
If an item does not arrive after 5 working days of you receiving such notification, please contact us so we can search for it. We cannot be held responsible for any missing shipments if you do not notify us within 7 working days from when it was sent off to you.
Pick-up option is available for customers in the North Island. If that is your preference, please choose that option in the shopping cart or at the check-out. We are not a physical shop with general opening hours to the public, so for personal pick-up an appointment has to made. In such case, you will receive an email after purchase, to set this up. Pick-up orders will be retained for 1 month only, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Shipping options and costs can also be reviewed & selected in your shopping cart before proceeding to the check-out in the ‘shipping’ section of your cart and by selecting ‘calculate shipping’.
Please note that Rural Delivery can take up to 3 working days longer.
Freight-/Shipping Costs
We have the following flat rates set up for New Zealand. We do not currently make a distinction between rural and non-rural delivery, but we might have to charge more for shipping to the Outer Islands or South Island Rural Delivery addresses & P.O. Boxes as these can be very expensive. And Arayah’s Compass reserves the right to do so after we have received your order.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand but are open to enquiries thereafter and will review possibilities and costs as per individual case.
Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Card via our PayPal Gateway; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
If payment by Direct Credit (online banking) is preferred, please choose that option at the check-out and pay into;

Your product order will not be shipped off to you until your payment has cleared in our bank account. If your order is not paid within 7 days, it will be deleted from our system, unless we hear from you.
Similarly, charges to any Arayah’s Compass Services booked and paid for via this website will have to be cleared in our bank account before your appointment.
For Clients paying at the time of their appointment or Customer Product Pick-up onsite; we accept cash payments and we also have an ‘ANZ FastPay’ mobile payment solution for people preferring to pay via Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard. However, we do charge a 3% surcharge for a credit card payment.
Cancellations
A re-stocking fee to the amount of 10% of the total order amount is charged on any Product Order that is already packed and ready to be send off, but then cancelled. Obviously, Product already sent off cannot be cancelled.
We also charge a cancellation fee to the amount of 10% of the total booking price for any Services booked, if not cancelled by verbal or written notification at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This takes into consideration any preparation time prior to your appointment and the fact that someone else could have filled your booking time.
Your Security
Your security is extremely important to us, that’s why our website is secured with 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security encryption. SSL is a world-wide system used by all legitimate websites. All information that you provide to us, is encrypted using a complex mathematical algorithm via this 256 bit SSL encryption before being transmitted over the Internet.
This is verified by the padlock symbol shown in your URL (address) bar. If you click on this padlock, you will find that the authenticity of this site has been established by https://letsencrypt.org/repository, and you are welcome to view our certificate information by doing so.
We use PayPal as our Payment Gateway. PayPal is a reputable company with powerful fraud and consumer protections in place. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient (us in this case), won’t receive your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. In addition to that, they also offer various protection covers as options for buyers and sellers. Like ours, their website is secured with encryption. Privacy Policy
An important aspect of your security is Arayah’s Compass protecting your privacy. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and/or providing you with our Service & Product information.
Unless you have ticked the tick box that you would like to receive our Newsletters and Specials Notifications, you will not receive any unsolicited information from us. You can unsubscribe from this email list at any time by clicking on ‘Unsubscribe’ in these emails.
Your personal information will not be used in any other way and will not be disclosed to third parties.
Your credit card details cannot be viewed by Arayah’s Compass and are solely used by PayPal and only for the purpose of paying for your orders.
If your personal information changes, you may update it by logging into your account or should you no longer desire to use our service, you can contact us to have your profile/user information deleted entirely. We will however retain a record of any order/transaction history for tax purposes.

Your healing journey is very much a journey of taking personal responsibility for your well-being and (re)claiming your own personal healing powers, taking into consideration that healing needs to occur on all the subtle layers that make up a human being. We strongly advice individuals to patch test any of Arayah’s Compass Health & Beauty Products before first use, by applying the product on a small patch of skin on the inside of your arm around the crook of your elbow and leaving the product on for a few hours at least. Signs of an allergic reaction could include swelling, irritation, redness, warmth, itchiness or a rash of the skin.
As the ordinary or otherwise use(s) of Arayah’s Compass’ products is outside the control of Arayah’s Compass, no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the effect(s) of such use(s) or the results obtained, including but not limited to any personal and/or environmental injury or damage.
Similarly Arayah’s Compass shall not by liable for any personal and/or environmental injury or damage claimed to be the effect(s) of the use(s) of any of Arayah’s Compass’ Services.
The liability of Arayah’s Compass is limited to the value of the goods and services offered here and does not include any consequential losses.
We are not a supplier of raw materials/ingredients for others to manufacture their own products from. Our Products are our intellectual property and as a matter of ethical policy we do pursue any unauthorised misuse.
