This depends entirely on your needs and preferences. You know best what feels good and when you feel prompted to explore something deeper. But we’d happily give you some ideas & options, should you wish to receive some directional guidance.

You might want:

  • One session for clarity and results in one particular area
  • A series of sessions around certain themes or for certain periods in your life
  • Workshops/Classes to deepen your understanding & embodiment
  • Ongoing Mentorship to fast-track your Ascension Process
  • To attend a special Event/Circle/Planetary alignment to journey with the specific energetics

Every Session option is different in terms of its specific components and what you can expect. Generally, you do not need to prepare. As Arayah will take the first half hour of every Session as an introduction; so that you may get to know each other, and she can explain what to expect, and ask you specific questions as to guide the Session according to your specific needs.

You will also receive any necessary information in the Welcome email automatically following your purchase, together with proposed Day & Time options for your upcoming Appointment.

Before any online Session, it might be handy to familiarize yourself with the online communication platform used (usually Zoom), check your internet connection and make sure your device is fully charged or plugged into a power inlet. You might also want to keep a glass of water and a notebook & pen handy.

We cater to all People, and all Belief Systems. You do not need to adopt any of our philosophies or beliefs.

Our Services are of the esoteric and vibrational nature; working with the subtle bodies within your Auric field (as well as with your Luminous scaffolding) and your earlier emotional & mental programming.

However, curiosity, openness and a willingness to investigate self-responsibility are enough to embark on a Journey with Arayah.

Our Holistic Offerings are highly complementary to conventional Healing Methods. Arayah never excludes conventional Medicine herself. She believes that from a Holistic perspective, we need both practical and esoteric modalities to achieve total balance.

So, if you are new to trying something like this, you might want to consider giving it a go. We are very happy to answer any questions you might have, both before and during your Session! 😀

These feelings are quite natural, and to be expected, especially if you’ve not experienced working with Arayah just yet.

Very likely any feelings of nervousness & vulnerability will quickly dissipate when you meet Arayah. As she’s a warm, caring and open person; quick to reassure you that nothing human is strange or unwanted in her eyes.

Emotional releases can happen, and there is ample space for this, as this might be exactly what is needed!

Each session (although having certain elements) is tailer-made to your needs in terms of your participation, your level of awareness and your speed of processing.

You will be held in a Field of Love, Care and Protection, with Arayah diligently checking in with you the whole time. Her continued focus is on your well-being. And every session is Sacred and Confidential.

People often wonder what to expect after a session and how to best integrate. Here are some tips you might want to consider.

If possible, you might want to:

  • rest more so that your body-system can integrate more easily (a period of 24 – 36 hours is quite normal)
  • you might notice your old pattern(s) come up one last time to be witnessed. If so, stay in neutral Observer-mode, in the knowing it’s on its way out!
  • stay away from any “heavy” environments, people, or TV programs until you’ve integrated fully (you will likely feel this as clarity & energy levels returning!)
  • consider drinking more water so that you may flush out any toxins more easily (you might initially need to use the bathroom more often;-)
  • stay away from overly processed foods & unhealthy habits such as drinking alcohol, smoking etc.
  • consider spending time in nature; always helps to ground you and speed up integration!
  • journal about your experiences; this helps the Mind to integrate the experience & observe any shifts after
  • listen to the Recording again (if provided), although this is NOT necessary; the Healing work has already been completed in Divine Perfection!
  • contact us with any integration questions or to share your Experiences, Testimonies and noticeable Results (Arayah generally only sends one follow-up email directly after the Session)
  • work with your Personal or Collective Healing Template -as worked with during the Session-, and (if provided) attached in the follow-up email directly after your Session
